Yesterday, when my son came, he met a few of my friends I went to college with. They shared with him things about me that I didn’t remember, it was a very special moment, Alhamdulilah.

I want to thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for your incredible support and hard work yesterday. Ladies💖, it was great to see so many of you yesterday. We had a great time; I felt like I was with family in Morocco! And thank you for feeding me. The best part for me is the Eid gift for the kiddos.

InshaAllah, for many years I have carried a dream in my heart—to create a space where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and truly belongs, especially during our religious and cultural celebrations🙏🏼 Belonging is so important, especially for our children. Being part of a community helps shape their identity, strengthens their confidence, and gives them a sense of connection to something greater than themselves. And for us moms, while friendships are a beautiful blessing, being part of a supportive community fills a deeper need. Community helps ease loneliness, nurtures our well-being, and reminds us that we are not walking this journey alone.

Alhamdulillah, today I am overwhelmed with gratitude as I watch a dream that lived in my heart for years slowly become a beautiful reality. Seeing families connect, children build meaningful friendships, and mothers find support and companionship is more rewarding than I can put into words. Alhamdulillah, what began as a dream is growing into a community built on belonging, connection, and love. May Allah continue to bless it and allow it to be a source of comfort, joy, and unity for many years to come 🙏🏼

Ahlan Nisrine I was just thinking about the day we met at the Morocco vs. Senegal match, and it always brings a smile to my face remembering how we both had such a terrible headache that day. Despite that, I’m so incredibly glad we pushed through because my absolute favorite part was connecting with you and sharing that wonderful conversation about launching Moroccan parties and creating a dedicated space where we can all meet بغينا نلقاو القاعة فين نتجمعو 🤣🤣🤣 .

It is so beautiful to realize that this was a shared dream for so many of us, and it warms my heart to see it finally come to life. Seeing the amazing results of this beautiful association built by such genuinely beautiful, kind, and generous people is truly inspiring. I wish you all the absolute best, and I know that all your love and hard work will continue to bring amazing results, especially in helping our kids stay connected to our beautiful Moroccan culture.

I am deeply grateful to everyone at MACA for organizing such a wonderful and successful Eid gathering. Thank you for creating a space where both children and parents could feel a true sense of belonging. The event had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—it genuinely felt like we were all part of one big family🙏🏼 I do have one suggestion for future events. If volunteers are needed, it would be helpful to share those opportunities with the community in advance so that members can help spread the word and encourage others to get involved. I am sure many people would be happy to contribute if they knew where support was needed.

It may also be helpful to include a donation link when announcing events. Not everyone is able to volunteer their time, but many would be happy to support the event financially and contribute in that way. Providing both volunteer opportunities and a donation option would allow more community members to participate and support MACA’s efforts. Thank you again for all your hard work and dedication. It was a beautiful celebration, and it is greatly appreciated. جزاكم الله خيرا 🙏🏼
